Overview
SoloBlock LLC sells specialized mining hardware and electronics. Because of the nature of these products, returns and warranties are handled under the terms outlined below. By placing an order on SoloBlock.io, you agree to this policy in full.

Limited Hardware Warranty
All hardware products purchased from SoloBlock LLC include either a 90-day or 60-day limited warranty depending on the product ordered beginning on the confirmed delivery date.
Any modification or overclocking of the device will strictly void the warranty. These devices are based on open-source designs and do not include built-in limitations, meaning they can be pushed beyond the safe operating capabilities of the PCB, ASICS and power supply.
The manufacturers of these devices do not provide warranty coverage for any unit that has been modified or overclocked. Please understand that this policy is set by the manufacturers and is not our own policy.
If a product is found to have a manufacturing or workmanship defect during normal use within this period, SoloBlock LLC may, at its sole discretion:
Repair the product
Replace the product with the same or an equivalent model
Issue a refund for the original purchase price
This warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper setup, electrical issues, accidental damage, unauthorized modification, liquid exposure, overclocking, improper airflow and ventilation, or normal wear over time.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Products labeled as Final Sale
Products returned with missing accessories, packaging, or documentation
Items damaged after delivery

Change-of-Mind Returns
If you wish to return an item for reasons unrelated to defects, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval.
Conditions for change-of-mind returns:
The product must be unused and in original, unopened packaging
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Returns resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer will be subject to both the original shipping cost and the cost of reshipping the item

Return Authorization Required
All returns and warranty claims must be approved in advance.
To request authorization:
1. Contact support@SoloBlock.io with your order number and issue description
2. If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions
3. Items sent without authorization or shipped COD will be refused

Inspection & Refund Processing
Once a returned item is received:
The product will be inspected within 3 business days
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–8 business days
If a return fails inspection, the item may be returned to you at your expense

Exchanges
Warranty-based replacements follow the same authorization and inspection process.
Change-of-mind exchanges are handled as a return plus a new purchase.

Shipping & Risk of Loss
Once an order ships, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier. Customers are encouraged to select insured and trackable shipping methods, especially for high-value items. SoloBlock LLC is not responsible for loss or damage during return shipping.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoloBlock LLC’s total liability related to any product is limited strictly to the amount paid for that product. SoloBlock LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

This Limited Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.
Warranty coverage applies solely to the individual or entity that purchased the device directly from us or from an authorized seller. If the product is resold, transferred, or otherwise changes ownership for any reason, the warranty is immediately void.
Due to the technical nature of this product, including specific configuration requirements, operational limitations, firmware parameters, and overclocking restrictions, warranty coverage cannot be extended to subsequent owners. Secondary purchasers may not have been provided with the original documentation, specifications, operating guidelines, or overclocking limitations necessary to ensure proper and safe use of the device.
Once ownership has changed, we cannot verify the handling, configuration, electrical conditions, firmware modifications, or operating parameters under which the device has been used. For these reasons, warranty coverage is strictly limited to the original purchaser only.
